Insights: Gen Z is constantly connected to the online world. It doesn’t matter if you're not using your phone; just having it in your pocket brings you out of the moment. Notifications and even the anticipation of them don’t let people enjoy their lives.

During my freshman year I was elected to advertising chair for my resident hall (Hamilton). I think its important to mention that we had a labryinth of a basement which connected all the wings to eachother (the perfect place for events).
